Messy Wires

Description
The Pedaltrain Classic JR pedalboard provides guitarists a rugged yet lightweight pedalboard perfect for crafting a professional pedalboard setup. Based on Pedaltrain's popular PT-JR model, the Classic JR improves upon the original with an open-front design for hassle-free power supply mounting and a wider stance and increased elevation for maximum pedal real estate. Constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum, this road-ready pedalboard ensures durability and protection for your pedals while remaining featherlight for portability. Paired with Pedaltrain's professional-grade tour case, the Classic JR is ideal for guitarists frequently gigging or recording.
Open-Front Design Simplifies Setup
Unlike the PT-JR, the Classic JR ditches the portholes in favor of an open-front design, allowing for flexible and convenient mounting of your choice of power supply. With more room to work, wiring your pedals and power supply is a frustration-free process. The open front also provides better access to your pedals, power supply and cabling for quick changes on the fly.
Wider Stance and Increased Height For Maximum Pedal Capacity
Expanding upon the PT-JR, the Classic JR features an 18" width, 1" increase in elevation and longer rails to accommodate more pedals. The added space ensures you'll have room for all your pedals, power supplies and cabling with space left over for future expansion. Despite the larger size, the Classic JR remains highly portable thanks to its lightweight yet durable aluminum construction.
Protective Case for Travel
The Pedaltrain Classic JR comes with your choice of a soft case or a tour case. The professional-grade tour case protects your pedalboard setup during transport and storage. Its durable exterior and padded interior keep your pedalboard safe from damage, while convenient handles make carrying a breeze. Multiple storage compartments provide space for cables, tools, sheet music and more. For guitarists frequently on the move between gigs, rehearsals and recording sessions, the tour case is essential for keeping your pedalboard setup protected and all your gear in one place. The soft case offers less protection comparatively, but is just as convenient an option to taking your pedalboard whenever you're on the go.
Premium Components and Lifetime Warranty
As with all Pedaltrain products, the Classic JR is constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum for maximum durability and a lifetime of use. Each component from the rails to the rubber feet is carefully designed and selected to provide the ideal pedalboard experience. Pedaltrain backs the Classic JR with a lifetime warranty, demonstrating their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Worth the money
Overall pretty happy with this board. Well built and sturdy. I have the soft case but I couldn't imagine needing a hard case, the soft case is well built. Perfect for people learning to use pedal boards, easy to move pedals. Would not recommend if you have a ton of pedals or use multiple large pedals. This fits 8 Boss size pedals(TU,NS,etc)with ease.

Great board if you want to buy accessories to make it work
This board has outstanding build quality and could be really nice. But the design of it is designed to generate more money for pedal train, power supply's cannot be mounted on underside of board with out special brackets which are sold separately. Also the included Velcro in the kit sucks and is not meant for real use, pedals move around and are not stable.

I FINALLY decided to put together a pedal effects board. The Classic JR was the perfect size for the number of pedals I have PLUS the truetone power supply fits neatly underneath. The case and board are of excellent quality and craftsmanship.

I downsized my pedal board and downsized my pedal collection. The Pedaltrain Classic Jr was perfect and came with the Velcro and zip ties needed to secure everything of mine. I'm very happy with how light it is as well. Going from a gator wooden pedal board, I'm very excited to use this going forward. #sweepstakes

I use this pedalboard for my live set up. It's perfect size for all my pedals plus my line 6 M9 Which fits perfectly without crowding. The gig bag that comes with it is great as I can throw it over my shoulder and allows me to carry my guitar, my amp and my pedalboard all in one trip.
i WOULD BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN

Migrating from a larger board to this more compact one really was an upgrade. The construction is simple and elegant with room for two rows of effects and a nicely designed way to mount a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2+ underneath, sparing real estate on the rack. Note: The Pedal Power is a separate item and you need to purchase a bracket mounting kit - but it's the way to go. The angled design makes it easy to reach the upper level, and overall it really upped my pedal game with a smaller footprint. Love it!

I know this is not about the pedalboard but how do I carry my pedal around?( I am new to guitar pedals)
I’m very sorry. Your question is not clear. In regard to transportation, a pedal is just a chunk of metal. Just toss it in a bag. The pedal board just makes it very convenient, if you have several.submitted3 years ago

I have a Truetone 1 Spot Pro CS 6 power supply I'd like to screw mount into the bottom. Is this pedal board able to accommodate that? If there are other models that would work better, please let me know... Thank you!
