Pedaltrain

collapse expand iconDescription

Novo means "a new beginning" in Latin, and Pedaltrain's Novo Series five-rail pedalboards are exactly that, a fresh redesign of their market-leading pedalboard design. Thanks to Pedaltrain's modified rail system and open-front design, mounting pedals and power supplies is easier than ever. Even the smallest pedals make an incredibly strong bond with this rail system. Novo 18s five-rail design is perfect for players who use true-bypass switchers or need an extra rail to accommodate a variety of pedal configurations. And as always, Novo 18 is made with Pedaltrain's signature featherweight aircraft-grade aluminum.

Included with purchase is 90" (229 cm) of Pedaltrain's professional-grade hook-and-loop pedal fastener and plenty of zip ties for securing cables and your choice of a redesigned fitted soft case (featuring a heavy-duty metal zipper and reinforced stress points) or Pedaltrain's professional-grade tour case.

Board is great. Voodoo lab pedal power tucked underneath allows for volume pedal wah 2 overdrive 1 boost chorus and delay and a/b output switch. I may change pedal position but that should be relatively easy. Plenty of room in side pocket of soft case for vocal and amp mic plus cables etc. soft case won't stand up on bottom edge but I can deal with that.

  • Spacious, light, and portable.

It holds a lot of pedals in an 18"wide space. Very lightweight and the bag carries easily over your shoulder.

  • Perfect!

Love this pedalboard. I'm a bassist and don't use a lot of effect. With my tuner, Sansamp and noise cancellation pedals I still have room for 4-5 regular-sized pedals. It's about 2 inches taller (deeper) than the similarly-sized Pedaltrain Jr. which gives you some extra room to keep the pedals easily accessible or to accommodate larger effects pedal boxes. I was kind of hesitant about the softshell case because it didn't have pockets but there's plenty of room in the main compartment, even with the pedalboard in it, to stash extra strings, your cables, and other odds and ends. This is exactly what I hoped for.
