    This is a sturdy, lightweight bass drum case. The only thing it lacks is inner padding. I solved this problem by placing a beato bass drum bag inside the case to provide some shock protection. I can't tell you how great it is to be able to stack my other drums on top of the kick withought having to worry about damaging the bass drums. Now I no longer dread schlepping my drums to gigs and auditions.
