    I had the original drum heads that came with my drum set and they were o.k.. Now with my new ebony remo drum heads they should a lot more bold and look awesome to. Love the look and sound.

    Never used them as batter heads, but for bottoms they're great. Little more lower punch than the ambassadors. Great heads either way!

    My kit is a Pearl with smokey chrome finish. I thought black heads would look great so my first heads were Evans ebony suede 360's. I almost could never get them to sound the way i wanted. Then towards the end they made my toms sound boxey. I've been playing for just over a year and half so some of it may be my inexperience to tune both heads to get the best tones out of them. However, the Remo heads tunes up very fast and sound really good. They are relatively new so I'll see after the heads seat if they become harder to maintain the sound I'm now getting. I would absolutely recommend them.

    I've been using these heads regularly for a couple of months now and I've been very impressed with them. They have a rich and deep tone to them with a nice attack. No dampening and Clear Ambassador bottoms. With proper tuning your toms will sing. My only gripe is that the white logo will chip and the little specs will get all over the head.
