    This matches the Evans Red Hydraulics, but without the dampening oil. I needed it for a cheap tom with upgraded, 2.5mm, rims. For that, the hydraulics were too choked. Same with coated 2-ply's. So, even though I use Evans hydraulics and onyx's exclusively, these match the Evans and fill a needed niche.
