The Greg Koch Signature Gristlemaster 90 ebony fretboard electric guitar is a slightly larger-bodied T style (for those who are sometimes asked if they are playing a 3/4-sized guitar) with a set neck, shorter scale and ebony fingerboard (for those craving more girth with their twang and buttery playability). It's equipped with a Fishman Fluence Gristletone P90 pickups (perhaps the most versatile and glorious sounding, noise-free P-90 pickups with the most usable out-of-phase circuit out there), and Reverend tweaked Bigsby (yes, it stays in tune and warbles) to make it a six-stringed appendage of sonic reckoning that looks as good as it sounds and plays.

    The action was set well out of the box and the pickups are good. It had some rough fret ends that I had to deal with and there isn't much room to lower the bridge if I need to do so in the future. I mentioned this to them and they told me that they would deal with it if I had trouble in the future...

    Finish is soft. Dot inlays are not all even with the fretboard. Fret board has sand marks still in it from factory. Electronics work as advertised. Great tone ! Neck is good, intonation is good. Action set up is good. Don't usually like painted, finished necks but this one is not bad. Very playable. The "licensed " Bigsby works well, and Reverand's soft spring makes it very nice. Put on some decent strings and it stays in tune well. Would only pay full price if a case was included.

    Over $2k with taxes, an slightly larger tele body I assume requiring a "special" case and this thing doesn't come with a case? To be honest I would have purchased this already if it came with even a gig bag. Come on guys, this is as stupid a way to make it appear it's an amazing bargain. Can't you toss in a $120 gig bag?
