It's a Ric! The bridge pickup has the classic jangle and can even give Tele twangle. The middle and neck can be shaped with the blend knob to adjust the amount of middle pickup for just the right tone. Great guitar and great addition to any guitarist's collection.

Beautiful finish, great action, sounds great! I rewired it so now I have 7 pickup combinations and a master volume. That makes it easier to switch from one of my Strats to the Ric. The neck is really narrow. I love it. Difficult chords are possible with action like this.

  • It's a Rickenbacker! That about says it all.

I've been patiently trying to land a new Rickenbacker for years and after giving up a few times I was lucky enough to finally end my search. Much like the distinct sounds you get from a Les Paul, Stratocaster, all PRS guitars and Gibson ES the Rickenbacker sounds and plays exactly the way you would expect. Beautiful body carves and the finish is perfect. The electronics are very responsive, and the neck just glides. If you want to complete your guitar stable, you need one of these. You will not be disappointed.

This guitar feels, looks, and sounds amazing. There really is something special about a rickenbacker guitar that you can't get with any other. It feels really great to play one and im glad I own one. I had bad fret buzz when I first got mine, so it definitely wasn't ready to play right out of the box. I changed the 9 strings to a 10 and fiddles with the truss rod. After that, the buzz went away and the tone was vibrant and beautiful. I highly recommend 10 or 11 gauge strings. Another very small negative probably exclusive to my guitar is the ink/paint that says "Made in USA" on the trussrod cover is smudged. Those two problems personally don't affect what I would rate this guitar. On another note, I have pretty thin, average length fingers, and somewhat wide hands. This neck is perfect for me, but I don't think it is suitable for someone with large hands. Playing chords on this beauty is very easy and comfortable. Playing lead feels great too, don't listen to the rumors of people saying "its a strumming instrument". The rickenbacker 350v63 is a solid 5/5 stars without a doubt, and I love it very much.

I see the Rickenbacker 350/V63 advertised as the Liverpool model on some sites. Is there a difference between 350/V63 and 350/V63 Liverpool or is it the same guitar?
