Great for the price

These bags are awesome for the price, they protect all my drums when moving them in and out of gigs and transporting in the back of my truck ,keeps everything looking new ! And even fits my 22 x 22 bass drum with four-inch extended front hoop! Well worth the price, not much padding but if you're not careless they protect your drums very well, I have had them in the back of the truck and rained on and still protected my set!! Just dried off when I reached my destination 2 hours later and Kit was dry and protected !!

Great for 5 yrs, then disentegrated :(

I moved away from hard cases b/c my gig routine allows for soft cases, and the lighter the better. I loved these Road Runner cases and was really happy with the purchase; well, for the first 5 years. Then, I started to notice the interior lining coming apart. It was a thin black fabric. At first, it looked like a rip. I did not abuse the cases, so this seemed odd, but not a big deal. Then I started to notice black powder on some of the shells. Within a few months, every case was shedding all over my drums. The lining was literally disentegrating into a sticky black powder. It was like in the Marvel movies when everyone turns to powder. Did Thanos make these cases?? I started wiping down the shells and planning to replace the cases. But I waited too long and every drum was soon a disgusting mess. I had to break down the entire kit and spend hours cleaning shells, rims, lugs. I replaced every head. Cleaning this powder off was not easy, either. I had to put some elbow grease into cleaning it off the shells, especially. What the heck?? Hopefully, Road Runner has fixed this issue.

I'm using these for around-the-house storage of relatively expensive drums. For my purposes they work great. They are durable and they offer enough protection against bumps and the like to protect my drums. If I was touring or throwing shells in and out of cars I'd probably go for a hard case, but these work for casual use. I like them a bit better than the Gator equivalents, as the outer material is a little more durable. I still have to pick up a few more.

It is a very good quality and functional product. However, it has details like everything but they are things that can be ignored... I recommend it since it is an excellent product...

They protect my drums and keep my drums looking like new and without scratching the surfaces.

I have a 22 x 22 kick drum. Does the kick bag have enough room to squeeze it in?

How do I measure to ensure they fit? Do I go by head cover size and depth of the shell? They' will be a gift. Thanks!
