RockNRoller

collapse expand iconDescription

The RockNRoller Multi-Cart R6RT Mini features their patented 8-in-1 folding multi-cart/hand truck/dolly/platform cart design and can easily transform to accommodate wildly different load sizes for quick and efficient gear transportation. The telescoping frame of the R6RT expands from 28" to 42.5" and has a weight capacity of 500 lb., yet its fold-away design allows for compact storage and transportation. It comes with tough, foam-filled 8”x2” rear wheels and 4"x1” front swivel casters, making moving large loads and heavy gear a breeze.

The R6RT's R-Trac tires offer smooth rides and excellent traction, like traditional pneumatic (air-filled) tires, but without the hassle of maintenance or repair. Plus, the textured powder-coated steel construction ensures durability and reduces slippage during transport.

Without the cart it usually takes 3 trips - sometimes 4, for me to load my drums in or out - and that's with me carrying more than I really want to on some of those trips. The cart takes my entire set in with one trip only. 4 drums; heavy cymbal bag; heavy hardware bag and rug. Gigs with stairs are still a problem - so I don't take the cart with me if I know stairs will be a problem. The cart can handle a curb. I bought an "open box" special and it came with all the parts and in brand new condition.

    • Great cart for the money!

I run a DJ and KJ business and this cart has made it easier to move my gear around. I don't know what took me so long to buy it.

Used it last night for gig for the first time. It is pretty solid stretched out. Seemed to hold weight well. Rolls and steers easy. Handles for retaining/pushing just a tad bit lower than I thought. Still it works much better than any basic handcart. Rated for 500 pounds. Not sure I would go there with it. I have another product similar and it has much heavier design but cost twice as much. This is a good value at the price point and works adequately for our needs. It did really good at retaining light stands, mic stands, lights and long odds size stuff that can held in between the 2 handles so they don't fall off if you hit a door jamb or sidewalk crack. Good deal.

With the combo smaller wheels and inflated tires so it's kind of a best of both worlds type thing making steps and curbs a lot easier to navigate.
