    Very nice ligature and cap. This ligature holds the reed evenly and tightly against the mouthpiece table preventing slipping and air leakage. It helps the player produce a very nice clear sound. My old ligature was 35 years old. It was breaking down and not holding the reed securely against the mouthpiece table making playing difficult. This replacement ligature fit my mouthpiece perfectly. It feels good to get a fresh start.
