My Five Two Split

I completely love my Seymour Duncan Five/Two Split pickup for my tele. It does exactly what they say it does. I'm able to get that bright wirey punch on my low end strings while maintaining an even sound on my high end strings. In other words, my top three strings don't sound mushy or bassey in stead they sound bright and punchy without sounding tinny. And my bottom three strings sound crisp and punchy without sounding tinny or shrill. It's amazing the cut that this pickup delivers. What a way to do a tele justice!!! Just one more example of Seymour Duncan getting it right!!!

I have 2 Tele's, one with an Anico II in the neck and decided on this "Five Two" for the other and love it. I can get the cleanest[and not too bright] sound for chords and clean single note picking. With the Lil' 59' in the bridge it is [for me] the best of all worlds for the Telecaster.
