Intimidating looks with a warm, restrained sound, the 7-String Invader neck delivers great tone for extended range guitars.

Seymour Duncan

collapse expand iconDescription

Don't be afraid of the dark side...the Invader is a high output monster voiced to saturate the notes you play with extra aggression and thump. Constructed with 3 ceramic magnets, overwound coils, and extra large pole pieces that extend the magnetic boundaries so you can feel the low notes of your B and F# strings send an almost sub-sonic signal to the amp. Power chords and solos still remain true and cutting. Available in neck and bridge. Use them as a set to leave a sonically and visually intimidating impression or match with the '59 or Jazz in the neck for smoother and more traditional rhythm tone. This 7-string passive mount with black metal covers.

Extremely hot pickup. Gets feedback effortlessly. I don't even have my amp turned up to 3, and it's trying to get feedback. Wide spectrum sound. bottom heavy, and the top screams.
