collapse expand iconDescription

The Shure BLX1288/CVL Wireless System provides unparalleled wireless freedom, intuitive operation and professional-quality sound. This innovative system includes Shure's cutting-edge QuickScan frequency selection for finding an open frequency in seconds. For vocals, the included BLX1 bodypack transmitter pairs with the high-quality CVL lavalier microphone. For instruments or audience interaction, the BLX2/PG58 handheld transmitter features an integrated Shure PG58 cartridge. With up to 14 hours of battery life, steel construction and a 300' range, the BLX1288/CVL delivers legendary Shure performance anywhere.

QuickScan Technology For Fast, Interference-Free Setup

Shure's QuickScan technology scans the available bandwidth to find the strongest, most interference-free frequency in seconds. With one-touch sync, the BLX1288/CVL system is ready to deliver crystal-clear wireless audio instantly. There's no need to manually scan through frequencies to find an open channel, allowing you to focus on your performance instead of technical details.

Rugged, Roadworthy Construction

Despite its affordable price, the Shure BLX1288/CVL is built to withstand the rigors of the road. The receiver features a steel chassis and metal endcaps, while the handheld and bodypack transmitters are made of high-impact plastic. With a 300' range, you'll have no trouble roaming the stage freely during your performance. And with up to 14 hours of battery life from two AA batteries, you won't have to worry about losing power in the middle of a show.

Legendary Shure Microphone Performance

At the heart of the BLX1288/CVL system are Shure's world-renowned microphones. The included CVL lavalier microphone captures vocals with clarity and detail, while the integrated PG58 microphone in the handheld transmitter is a industry standard for live performance. With Shure's expertise in microphone design, you can be confident the BLX1288/CVL will deliver professional quality sound for any application.

Dual-Channel Receiver For Maximum Flexibility

With two receiver channels, the BLX1288/CVL gives you flexibility for any performance situation. Use the lavalier microphone for speaking parts and the handheld transmitter for audience questions. Switch between the lavalier and handheld for musical numbers. Or use the second channel as a backup in case of interference. With Shure's rugged construction and intuitive interface, the BLX1288/CVL handles it all.

I grabbed this combo for a wedding I was doing. I used the lavalier for the officiator and the mic for the readings and vows. Worked perfect and I was able to plug them right into my harbinger 3415. Didn't need to bring a board, and everything worked flawlessly. I definitely recommend. #sweepstakes

Works perfect out of the box. Doesn't have the sink problems we have with the digital units. Sounds as good as higher cost unit.

How long is the wire for the lavalier? We had a guest preacher years ago that could've used a lavalier (he didn't use the podium mic for more than 3 seconds), but he was around 400lbs.
In short, do you have wires for Big&Tall preachers?
