    These are great, a Sleeve and wing nut all in one piece. I use them on most of my Tama stands. They do not wear out quickly, and if you are using vintage cymbals, they offer stability and protection, as well as letting the cymbals sing. One thing to keep in mind: they come in two different sizes. 6mm and 8mm, so make sure you get the right thread for your stands. A must have for the serious drummer.
