I use this guitar in small gigs and garage playing with friends. The mid-boost gives the tone needed to play in the groove. Out of the box it was ready to play. Sterling by music man takes pride in this product. No fret sprouts, comfortable neck and the five way switch gives you the option of a variety of tones.
