    I don't know much about guitars and don't play them. I am building a guitar for my best friend that I met.at Mass General Hospital when we were roommates. He got out before me by about a month before me. I'm doing fine and he's had a couple set backs. He is the nicest person I've met and we have become great friends. I started with a kit and only used the body. The tuners that I purchased from guitar center are very good quality as far as I can tell. I can only spend a small amount each month to get this guitar built. With all the research I've done I get a lot of messages and emails for over a thousand dollar price range guitars. There's a reason I'm building one myself.

    I purchased these to compliment the black accents on my Peavey Predator. The guitar stays in tune more more! They look & feel way better than the stock tuners. The holes did have to be drilled out to a larger size, but no big deal. Really enjoying them!

    Just keep in mind, you MAY have to drill some small screw holes in the back of your headstock. If you're comfortable with that, they're a piece of cake to install. Instantly made my guitar easier to tune and stay in tune too.
