Great sound, killer looks!
I have the 6" and 8" splashes, and am very happy with both. They're very thin, with a loud voice that decays quickly. Absolutely awesome close to your hi-hats for quick fills and accents. And with two small splashes, you get a great "One, two" combo for some killer fills or endless patterns between your snare, hats, and splashes. They aren't for everything, but when they're needed, they add lots of life to your kit!

okay but we're paying for the A custom logo
I own the 12" splash. Its not the worst cymbal ever. I personally am a Sabian man. The rest of my kits are a combination of AA and AAX xplosion cymbals and my ride is a AA raw bell dry ride. I only picked up the A custom cause ive been wanting a bigger splash than a 8" and I came across it at guitar center and at a good price. Its not horrible but it doesn't sonically gel that great. If u use sabian only get this only if u find a good deal and you need a larger splash. Only buy if the rest of your cymbals are also A custom. okay cymbal but buy it used for a good deal.

The 6" A Custom Splash has the most beautifully unique character and delivers a full splash sound, which is not something you generally hear in 6" splashes. It's great for accents in any musical situation and its small size makes it perfect in low volume situations. I'm tempted to call this my favourite cymbal. Period.

The splashiest splash of all the splashes.

I took a page from the Jason Finn playbook and I only use larger splash cymbals, in place of crashes, while playing live. When my band performs around town, the venues are sticklers about volume. Since I've switched to using splashes, I find I can play with greater intensity while making a quieter sound. The 12" A Custom splash is perfect for what I'm trying to achieve.

I added a couple Zildjian Custom A splashes (6" and 8") for added flavor to my playing. They make a nice addition if you have a pretty full set of crashes.
