I like the sticks more than I thought I would
Bought these for the color as I have a matching purple drum set. Out of the three pairs I bought, one of the pairs is not "pitch-paired", which is only noticeable on the practice pad. I ended up liking the sticks more than I thought. The balance is good and the tip has a good balance between definition and tone between the cymbals and drums. I was surprised to enjoy the lacquer/finish, as it adds a little grip to the stick, as long as your hands don't get too sweaty, which mine rarely do. A couple gigs of shanking the hi-hat, though, and it obviously starts to wear off and lose the paint around the should. Be aware, this can leave purple marks on your cymbals and drum heads.

They are pretty decent drum sticks. I would probably consider buying them again. Nice weight & feel to them. The quality seems nice as well. I tend to trust Zildjian brand products. I like the color too, something different. I've had them about a month & they're holding up, can't complain.
Love the balance and response
